    Bessie's is a family-run business. Customers are cordially greeted with a hot cup of coffee as they come in. We have been there every sunday after church. The food is always delicious, cooked the way you request and always served hot to your table. I would recommend Bessies to anyone seeking good food and a cheerful atmosphere.

    Bartender was not attentive. He was so busy talking to a local patron that he never asked us if we wanted a second beer.  There were 4 of us sitting there and we were going to eat dinner, but after a good 15-20 minuets he never came our way so we left and had drinks & ate dinner elsewhere. He also dropped the F bomb many times.  I was quite surprised! I'm no prude I use the word myself but certainly not at work not very professional for any establishment

    Great food, very friendly staff, homemade breakfast, will definitely be a weekly breakfast for us.
